You could buy those Surprise Style Boxes or damage skin boxes and sell the perm NX you get from those for mesos. Keep in mind that the results may vary through this method; you may get lucky or no.

Other than that join a good guild that is nice enough to take you places like cRA and sell that loot. Just use in game mechanics man. If you can even get a couple hundred million mesos an hour, that rate is virtually the same or just slightly more than the original rate meso farming in Reboot pre-Kishin nerf - if that's the result you're getting especially without NX to benefit, I would rather just play in Reboot.
But hey, it's just like, my opinion man. You also annoy other lower level players too by camping in those maps for Elite Bosses and impeding their progress - and yet they complain that MapleStory is a dying game. Merching isn't a good way anymore since the active FM population is pretty much non-existent.
